Mindful Boulder seeks to share mindful practices and principles to ease stress and anxiety and help people lead lives of health, wisdom, and compassion.
Many of the challenges we face - whether from stress, relationship conflict, the pressures of work and school, or problems stemming from our mental or physical health - can be helped by introducing a kind, mindful attention to them. Mindfulness can also help us lead richer lives of well-being, compassion and meaning, and connect to ourselves, others and our environment.
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment with openness and curiosity and a willingness to be with what is. Research has shown mindfulness may help reduce stress and anxiety and ease depression and physical pain. Learn more about mindfulness here.
