Mindful Boulder seeks to share mindful practices and principles to ease stress and anxiety and help people lead lives of health, wisdom, and compassion. We offer introductory sessions, classes, and free guided meditations.

Mani has a certification in mindfulness facilitation (CMF) from UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, part of the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and has facilitated mindfulness at the Huffington Post, AOL, the Berggruen Institute, UCLA, and USC’s Care Harbor health clinic, among other places. He has been sharing mindfulness practices since 2013.
